Tomboy Organic Skincare Co. is a small family run business on the Cumberland Plateau of Tennessee that creates organic skin care products specifically formulated for eco-conscious athletic outdoor women. It is very important to review the ingredient list on your skin care products. The negative effects of some of these chemicals are far reaching and range from chronic skin problems to cancer. Avoid synthetic preservatives, colorants, fillers or perfumes. Ingredients such as petroleum, lanolin, propylene glycol, phthalates, the paraben family, artificial colors or anything you cannot pronounce (chlorothiazolinone). Our definition of organic is “harvested from nature without the use of synthetic pesticides or chemical fertilizers.” The ingredients we use are organic, plant-based, sun-dried and completely untreated.
