Watergirl Toner with a pH of 6.0 removes residual sweat, dirt particles, left-over makeup, dead skin cells, cleanser residue, pore debris and tap water mineral deposits. Commonly called salts, the elements fluoride, chlorine and sodium clog pores and dehydrate skin if left on the surface or within the pores.
Watergirl also stimulates blood flow in capillaries under the skin controlling sebum production, fighting acne and healing tissue damage.
